How do I return or exchange my Product ?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I manage or cancel my Subscription?
If you've subscribed to our seasonal subscriptions, please log into your customer account and click on My Account. You'll see when your next Box is scheduled to ship and can also cancel your Subscription. You can stop shipment up to 14 days before the ship date using this functionality. If you've paid upfront for your Subscription, please log into your customer account and click on Manage Subscriptions. You will see when your next Box is scheduled to ship and can also cancel your SPArty Girl subscription. You will be refunded the purchase price of the boxes that you have not yet received and will forfeit any prepaid discount. If you have any trouble logging into your account, please contact email@example.com.
How do I sign up for your emails?
Subscribe to our mailing list and be the first to get updates on products and offers, as well as new offerings. You can also follow us on Facebook @SPArty Girl and Instagram @officialspartygirl.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
You'll find an unsubscribe link located at the bottom of your emails. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
How do I place an order?
Navigate to the product page. Click the 'add to cart' button to add your SPArty Girl shopping cart and proceed through checkout.
When will my products ship?
If you order a birthday box, anything in our shoppe, a kit, or kits for a virtual party, we will try our best to pack and ship your order between 1-2 days of placing the order.
Once your order ships, you will receive another email with tracking information.
If you order a SPArty Girl Subscription Box, we ship all our boxes on the 10th of every month (Business day of the week).
Seasonal box cut-offs are these following dates or until we sell out.
Winter: February 10th
Summer: August 10th
Fall: October 10th
What if the Box's are sold out?
We have a certain number of boxes to sell each season, and when they sell out, you can no longer order, but please feel free to order from our shoppe to customize your package.
Will I be charged tax?
We are required to collect the Ontario Sales Tax at the rate of 13%.
How do I apply a coupon?
On occasions where a coupon is available, each coupon code may be redeemed once per customer and must be applied at checkout. Coupons are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Only one coupon code can be applied at checkout. Coupons cannot be applied to future shipments of existing subscriptions. SPArty Girl reserves the right to discontinue a coupon at any time. How do I check my order status?
After you submit your order, you'll receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your order ships, you'll receive another email with tracking information. If you need further assistance, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I cancel an order?
As long as the order has not shipped, you can change or cancel your order by emailing us at email@example.com. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request.
Is my credit card information secure?
All personal and financial information is collected over a secure SSL communication channel with encryption. We are committed to protecting your privacy!

Our shipping facility is located in Mississauga, ON.

Currently, we ship across Canada and the US.

How long will my seasonal box take to get to me?
Please allow for 3-14 business days for your seasonal boxes to be delivered to you.
How long will my DIY Party Kits or loot bags take to get to me?
Please allow for 3-7 business days for your seasonal boxes to be delivered to you.
What happens if my order never arrived?
If your order did not arrive, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your tracking information within two weeks of placing your order. If you notify us past the two-week timeframe, we will not be able to track your package or offer a replacement or refund. If the wrong address
